New Zealand orders are sent out locally from Onehunga to ensure the speediest delivery!
Shipping time frames depend on where you are located. Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday it will most likely not be processed until the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting an express shipping option. We aim to deliver New Zealand orders within 2-6 business days!

How Do I Track My Order?
- Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the tracking will become active. Your tracking will be emailed to you.
- Some tracking services can take between 24-48 after the order has been dispatched before the tracking information is updated.
- If the supplied tracking number does not work 48 hours after you received it or if you have not received your package after the estimated range has passed please contact us
When Do I Get My Shipping Confirmation?
- The confirmation email may have gone to your spam. Please check your spam/junk folder for an email from The Bidet Shop.
- Although unlikely, it’s also possible you may have entered in your email address incorrectly. We’re all human and we all make mistakes so if you have not received any order confirmation emails from us please get in touch.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet.
Please ensure you have checked the following
- Check the order tracking status.
- Ask your local Post Office to see if it has been sent there. They don’t always leave a card.
- Check with neighbouring properties to see if it may have been delivered to the wrong address by accident
On occasions, orders can take much longer than the quoted delivery time frame to arrive.
