Getting Started
5 questionsFor your health and hygiene — full stop. Think about it this way: if you had dirt on your hand, you wouldn't wipe it off with dry paper and call it clean. The same logic applies to your body.
Our bidets cleanse with a warm, filtered water stream and dry with a gentle airflow — leaving you genuinely fresh every time. No toilet paper comes close.
Not at all — that's a common misconception. Our bidets feature two separate nozzles: one for posterior cleansing (for everyone) and a dedicated feminine hygiene nozzle. Health specialists recommend bidet use for both men and women.
Very little — about 500ml per wash on average. That's roughly two glasses of water. For context, a 10-minute shower uses up to 120 litres.
And since toilet paper manufacturing is extremely water and chemical intensive, switching to a bidet often has a net positive environmental impact — even accounting for the water used per wash.
No. All bidet functions are seat-activated — the bidet only operates when someone is seated on it. The moment the seat is vacated, everything stops automatically.
We stock bidets that meet Watermark certification standards — a rigorous quality benchmark. Our range features instantaneous water heating (no stagnant tank), dual nozzle systems for cross-contamination prevention, and expert support backed by years of experience.
We also offer extended warranties with return shipping on warranty repairs. Most retailers don't. Learn more about us →
Health & Hygiene
3 questionsYes. Our bidets use an instantaneous heating system — water is heated on demand as it flows through the unit, so there is no standing water tank that could harbour bacteria. The water passes through a built-in filter before it reaches you.
The two separate nozzles also prevent cross-contamination — a common issue with single-nozzle designs found in cheaper models.
Yes — and in fact, eliminating toilet paper use is beneficial for septic systems. Filtered water is far kinder to your system than paper products.
Our bidets are designed to work with household water pressure between 100 kPa and 680 kPa.
If your pressure is above 680 kPa, a pressure restrictor is available when ordering. If you're on tank water or a pump system, please confirm your minimum pressure is at least 100 kPa before purchasing. The bidet may not operate correctly below this threshold.
Installation
3 questionsThe bidet connects directly to your existing toilet plumbing and all required parts are included. The instructions are straightforward and most plumbers can complete the job in under an hour.
Important: New Zealand plumbing regulations require that all products installed into a water supply be fitted by a licensed plumber — including washing machines and water filters. This applies to bidets as well.
Most standard New Zealand toilets are compatible. We have a size guide to help you confirm compatibility before purchasing — we strongly recommend using it to avoid ordering the wrong model.
Electronic bidet seats require a standard 230V power outlet near the toilet. If your bathroom doesn't already have one within reach, you'll need a licensed electrician to install one before or at the same time as the bidet is fitted.
Accessibility
3 questionsA bidet can restore independence for people who find standard toilet hygiene difficult due to age, disability, or impaired motor function. The wash-and-dry cycle replaces the need for manual wiping entirely.
Our bidets are widely recommended by occupational therapists and healthcare professionals. We have a dedicated Accessibility & Support section with more information.
We recommend that caregivers test the bidet themselves first — particularly temperature settings — before using it for someone in your care. Always start at the lowest settings and increase gradually based on comfort and feedback.
For any questions specific to accessibility needs, feel free to call us on 09 320 3560 — we're happy to talk through the right model.
In many cases, bidets may be eligible for funding through ACC (for rehabilitation), community services, or other support programs when recommended by a healthcare professional or occupational therapist. Visit our Accessibility & Support page or contact our team to discuss your specific situation.

Shipping & Warranty
4 questionsWe ship New Zealand-wide via reliable courier services. A physical street address and contact phone number are required when ordering — we cannot deliver to PO Boxes for electronic bidet seats.
A signature may be required on delivery for larger parcels. If you need to arrange a specific delivery time or option, contact us when placing your order. For full details, visit our Shipping Information page.
Our bidets come with a 12–24 month manufacturer's warranty depending on the model. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, we cover the cost of return shipping to our repair centre — something most other retailers do not offer.
Products are typically repaired and returned the same day they arrive. Extended warranty plans are also available. See our Warranty page for full details.
For faulty goods, we offer a refund, exchange, or credit in line with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive a product that is faulty, wrongly described, or different from what was shown, we'll make it right.
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted, and for hygiene reasons returns cannot be accepted on used units. Please use our size guide to confirm compatibility before ordering — we want to make sure you get the right fit first time.
We currently focus on New Zealand delivery. For any international enquiries, please contact us directly to discuss possibilities.
